When i switch on my system, cursor is blinking in black screen, Tell me the solution for this problem?

Hi sir,
     After switch on my system, cursor is blinking in black screen,
I installed windows 7 in that system.
I Changed the new harddisk, and it is detected in BIOS setup also. I changed the sata cable also. But same problem i am getting.

1.start -Task manager -Process- explorer.exe -end process.
2.File - New Task (Run) -
3.Open text box, enter explorer.exe, and then click OK.
4.Start – device manager-Double-click Display adapters, right-click your display device, click Update Driver Software
5.finished -restart

start .search -regedit-regedit.exe
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon
Click  WinLogon -right side U can see -Shell
பக்கத்தில் explorer.exe இருக்க வேண்டும்
அப்படி இல்லாவிட்டால், double click(shell) and enter in the box
explorer.exe -OK.
Close and restart.
